Used Car Inspections

What is a Used Car Inspection?

A pre-purchase used car inspection entails a computer analysis, digital body inspection, and road test. The test drive identifies any mechanical driveability concerns including the engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and brakes. The exterior of the vehicle is digitally inspected for any previous repairs and repair quality along with the glass, tires, and lights.

How Do I Know the Report is Accurate?

We use state-of-the-art equipment to inspect and provide an on-site report documenting the vehicles’ condition. Our reports only include results from state-of-the-art measurement equipment. No opinions, just facts.

Upon completing your inspection, our ASE certified master technician will go over the report with you, demonstrate our inspection process, and review all recorded findings. Any questions you have will also be addressed at this time.

We inspect from the latest models to classic and vintage vehicles foreign and domestic for mechanical defects, previous collision and paint repairs, driveability concerns, fluid leaks, and computer-controlled components (if applicable).

About the Inspection

The inspection takes around one hour to complete. We will need basic vehicle information such as the year, make, and model.

You can ask your dealer for an extended test drive or the dealer may ask for a signed (BCA) borrowed car agreement which is a standard procedure. Most BCA’s have test drive/ inspection purposes written in along with a set return date.

Our waiting room is a comfortable environment with tv and wifi, but we would like you to be a part of the inspection process on the test drive and any items of concern.

All inspections come with a copy of the condition report along with a computer health check report from the vehicle being inspected.
